In 2024, the Department of Justice removed all ambiguity regarding digital accessibility. For years, government agencies operated in a “gray area” of reasonable effort. The new Final Rule changed that overnight.

Accessified Solutions was established in response to this shift. We saw brilliant public servants struggling to navigate thousands of pages of legacy PDFs and complex codebases without a clear roadmap.

We founded this company to provide that roadmap—combining legal strategy with technical remediation to build a more inclusive future for all public-facing digital assets.

His approach centers on building accessibility directly into workflows, design systems, and digital infrastructure from the start.

At Accessified Solutions, John leads the development of tools, audits, and remediation strategies that balance technical rigor with real operational needs. His work ensures that accessibility efforts are not only compliant with modern WCAG and Title II requirements, but also sustainable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business goals.

Nolan’s vision for Accessified was shaped by firsthand experience seeing how inaccessible and poorly structured digital platforms can create real barriers for users and expose organizations to unnecessary risk. Recognizing that accessibility is both a compliance requirement and a business imperative, he set out to create a solution that helps organizations meet modern standards without disrupting existing workflows.
